Pros

I was looking for a role outside of the hospital that still felt clinical and DocGo offered the perfect opportunity. Flexible shifts, supportive supervisors, no night shifts, and the chance to bring care to patients in their homes!

Cons

Not exactly a negative, but important to note that you're on your own in the field, so strong assessment skills are a must.

Pros

I get to visit patients and bring care to them in their homes. Every visit feels personal. I’m not rushed, and I actually get to focus on patient education and comfort. Managers check in regularly without being overbearing.

Cons

Scheduling logistics could be tighter on busy days.
