I am inspired the company’s mission of bringing high quality, highly accessible care to all. There are so many who struggle with access to healthcare in the US. I love being of a company that‘s trying to bring care to more people.

My favorite thing about DocGo is my coworkers, who are the most driven, talented, and compassionate people I’ve ever met. This is definitely a culture where hard work is expected, but the workload is manageable, and leadership works harder than anybody. I’m excited to be part of a fast-paced company that’s on a mission to help people!!!

Cons

I’d love to work from home more, although the office is a very comfortable and collaborative space.

Positive experience overall. I like that the company is big on investment in technology and commitment to security. The opportunities for advancement are there. I've been getting training and mentoring, and people are open to new ideas, which I really appreciate. Hope to be here for a long time.
