DocGo’s culture is very people-first. My managers genuinely cares about development, and leadership recognizes my efforts. The work we do directly supports field teams, and that gives it a real sense of purpose.

Cons

Because the company moves fast, priorities can shift suddenly

Pros

Even as someone relatively new, Ambulnz provides solid training. The field supervision is helpful, and managers aren’t just checking boxes — they help me learn. Also the call bonus makes long shifts more rewarding.

Cons

Orientation felt a little rushed, but on-the-job guidance makes up for it.
