Like many others have already said, this is the perfect place to be if you’re new to the field. I feel valued and supported both by my teammates, and my supervisors, and I’m always learning something new.

Cons

In an ideal world, EMT hours would be cut and dry, but that just isn’t the reality for this line of work.

Cons

Things around here aren’t 100% perfect (are they ever?), but they’re constantly taking steps to improve, which is all that matters at the end of the day.
