Pros

I am what they call a "Model" employee and earn more then I ever have in the past. My first pay check was nearly double what I made at my previous company. It has now been couple of months and the program is as advertised.

Cons

For safety reasons they don't allow you to work more then a 12 hour shift.

Way too many to list, but let's try anyways, they promise flexibility on scheduling but don't, management always changing, rude and incompetent dispatch, horribly micromanage, promised pay is grossly misleading, policies that just come out of thin air, misleading recruitment promises

Because we are a newer and rapidly growing company, changes do take place in response to feedback to ensure policies are in place that benefit everyone. We always try to go above and beyond with schedule flexibility, allowing employees to choose the schedules and locations that they feel best works with their time. Ambulnz is putting a huge emphasis on communication for employees to understand there are clear lines to voice any concerns or issues. At the end of the day, we want our employees to benefit and grow personally, from their hard work.

Pros

Good salary especially when compared to competitors. Ambulnz using latest technology which provides great opportunity to learn new things. Management team is great and very employee centered. Great work environment and amenities (snacks, games)

Cons

Sometimes it get a little overwhelming but it's not that bad.
