Pros

Management tries their best to be worker oriented as far as pay and morale; everyone there is willing to help you gain knowledge and experience; management is pretty transparent about everything; overtime always available

Cons

Shortage of staffing leads to more work weight on the current employees

Pros

1) They are progressive when it comes to EMS. 2) They encourage paramedics to be clinicians as opposed to techs. 3) The pay is pretty good. Not quite great yet, but pretty damn good. 4) Experience. You get a lot of it. A year working here is like 3 years at any other company.

Cons

1) Pay could still be a little better. 2) Educational prowess is worth less than experience.
