      Pros

      Culture is easily this company’s greatest strength. It’s one of those work environments where you have a healthy respect for management (that they reciprocate), but they’re not exactly your friends. They’re your boss and they’ll always do what’s in the best interests of the people we serve. Not a bad thing if you’re a hard worker and know what you’re doing.

      Cons

      This is a bad thing if you’re lazy or don’t have the experience/passion necessary to give your best every single day.

      Pros

      We do everything as a single unit here at Ambulnz. Teamwork is key when you’re out in the field. You need to have each other’s backs and you need to know the people you’re working with have yours. Here at Ambulnz, we’re in it together. You’re not just accepting a job when you work here you’re joining a community.

      Cons

      I don’t love every single person that I work with. But we keep things professional and, at the end of the day, personal feelings don’t matter as much as being able to set them aside and work together.

      Pros

      Haven’t been with the company too, too long but I’ve already racked up a solid list of things I like about working here: My coworkers are fantastic. They’re the kind of people who will give you the shirts off their backs if you just ask. Management is no-nonsense, but they’re friendly and, at the end of the day, they genuinely care about every single one of us – our dreams, goals, aspirations, and mental/physical health. I’m paid well for what’s expected of me. It didn’t take me long at all to find a healthy work/life balance and figure out my job duties. The company environment is very welcoming and friendly to new-comers. It’s not at all clique-ish and there’s never any issues with drama or gossip.

      Cons

      There aren’t any “cons” to working at Ambulnz that you wouldn’t find at any other company in this industry. There’s just downsides that come with the job, but that’s not because anything Ambulnz does or doesn’t do specifically, it’s just because of the work itself.
