Pros
advanced transportation technology on the smart platform. able to pick up extra shifts from all stations, able to work overtime if desired, was able to drive the ambulance home and return to shift the next day, able to clock in and clock out on the smart platform app. New ambulances to drive, new equipment to complete patient transportation, and nice uniforms. *Payscale was better than most ambulance companies.
Cons
at that time stuck working with lazy partners with bad attitudes, at that time EMT supervisors were lazy and took advantage of their title to disrespect, belittle, and treat unfairly the EMT workers. FYI the company was never aware of the supervisor's behavior but was later informed and I did not stay with the company to know if it was corrected. After completing a 12-hour shift, a lot of times EMTs had to stay over 2-3 hours.
