Pros

I’ve only been working for this company for a few months now. My first impression has been good for the most part. The people who are friendly and are happy to help me any time I have a question. The work environment is healthy and full of encouragement, and the pay is great.

Cons

None yet. I’ll update my review after my first full year.

Should be the best in the industry

Pros

Does right by their employees and actually treats you like a human being. I’ve worked at several locations and the quality of their staff and the equipment is very consistent throughout. If someone off the street came up and told me Ambulnz was the best in the entire industry, I wouldn’t doubt them at all. I’ve always found a good work/life balance to be surprisingly easy to find, especially considering the industry we’re in and the work we do. Emergency services don’t have to wreak havoc on your peace of mind though, at least not when you’re working for the right company. I’ve never been overworked or had too much responsibility paced on my shoulders. Like I said, they do right by their employees and they never give us more than anyone could reasonably handle.

Cons

Whether you believe me or not, I have to put what I actually know to be true based on my experience here, which is that there are no cons. I dare you to find a job that you love every single second of every day. You can’t. So if you come in expecting that, you’re going to be disappointed. But if your expectations are reasonable I can’t imagine you having a single thing to complain about. I know I don’t.
