      Pros

      The company’s COVID testing processes go off without a hitch. We’re fast and efficient. This job position is very recent for me (previous I was a paramedic), but I’m glad to give back to the community and help people feel safe during these difficult times.

      Cons

      Too many people and not enough time to get through everyone in a day.

      Pros

      The work ethic and attitudes of my coworkers, who push me to be better and do more. The ease with which management communicates the company’s mission and goals. The regularity of pay raises (every year, without fail). The emphasis on teamwork and strong interpersonal dynamics. The way I feel when I go home in the evening: fulfilled & accomplished.

      Cons

      None worth mentioning. There are downsides to every company you choose to work for, and all of them are subjective. What may be a con for me, might be a pro for someone else. As far as I’m concerned, Ambulnz is a great company to work for and one you should try out for yourself.

      Endless opportunities to learn and grow. Very fluid company structure that allows you to develop both horizontally and vertically. A fun experience with a great group of people.

      Cons

      I needed a change of scenery. The thought of being somewhere too long makes me anxious.
