Pros

Innovation is at the heart of DocGo, which goes back to when the company was founded as a provider of ambulance transportation with a technology platform they built to make the entire process easier for hospitals. I work on the engineering team and have been expanding the technology to be also used for mobile health visits. Ideas are valued from everyone, and I'm encouraged to think outside the box. I love working in a dynamic environment that embraces change and improvement.

Cons

Benefits are good, including medical, dental and PTO. And our new corporate HQ has a free gym in the building! Company has a 401K but doesn’t offer matching yet. That would be a good thing to add

Worst manager ever

Pros

There are some good apples here and there, and it’s nice to work with them. But that’s about it. I gave 3 stars because it’s just my manager who's really the bad apple there overall I think the organization is decent.

Cons

Sets you out to fail. And every move you do they will see a mistake. Favoritism as its finest. They will say you do a good job, but the minute you’re out of the picture they will start talking about you and throw you under the bus. Seems like they don’t know how to manage people. Other team members are so afraid that they will always save themselves and find someone else to blame. Toxic. Long hours. They’ll expect you to be proactive but the minute you decide or do something on your own, you’ll be pulled on the side and scolded you shouldn’t have done that. Asks you a lot of irrelevant questions and hides it behind “Im being hard on purpose” “this is a teaching moment”. Calls people out on teams chat even if the issue is irrelevant in the group chat. The amount of stress and emotional anxiety is not worth it.
