Pros

They are a well-oiled machine with all the pieces working together to run smoothly. They offer great incentives and realistic goals to hit. They’re a fantastic company to work for as a recruiter.

Cons

Some of the other recruiters were annoying. IF they got rid of them, it would have been perfect.

Pros

Excellent executive leadership, smart and responsive internal staff. The company provides me with what I need to make our unit successful and trusts me and my entire team to perform our jobs well. Growth oriented but not at the expense of quality assurance and, very literally, the lives we’re entrusted with.

Cons

It’s a difficult job and not everyone is cut out for it. I strongly recommend that anyone who is thinking only about the paycheck reconsider applying because I know for a fact you won’t last.

Pros

I’ve been with the company for over 3 years now and I can honestly say that my experience has gotten measurably better every single year. I learn more, I make more, and I get the opportunity to take on more responsibility which helps me grow more. I wrote a review when I first started out with the company, but even though I was able to give a laundry list of all the pros and cons, I didn’t capture what it felt like to work here and that is entirely different ballgame. There’s something unique about finding a company like Ambulnz, where the work you do feels more like the start of a promising career than a come-and-go job. At least, that’s what it’s been for me.

Cons

I don’t mind the long hours or how hard the work can be sometimes like I did when I first started. It feels good to be challenged and pushed outside your comfort zone. Now, the only thing I don’t like about working here is when they hire someone new who would rather spend more time complaining than just shutting up and learning how to do the job.
