Pros

-Very chill -Generally good co-workers -All dispatch communication is done through an app -Good pay -Nice stations -Mostly new rigs

Cons

-Communication between employees and management could be better -Rules and regulations change A LOT -Earning programs change frequently -High turnover of supervisors -Not every EMT is trained the same -Sometimes dispatch doesn’t understand the EMTs job and doesn’t schedule calls accordingly.

Pros

The company has a great vision, great equipment and the pay was okay.

Cons

Supervisors are over the top Salty burnt out EMTs and most of them were taken from the company ambulnz took over (First Response Ambulance). The supervisors make working there dreadful and as much as I want the company to succeed, employees will keep leaving because of the supervision.

Was great- not so much anymore.

Pros

Used to get paid per call. This incentivized hard work and allowed EMTs to make a livable income.

Cons

It became nearly impossible to hit our bonus of six calls. This meant we fell into our hourly pay which is what McDonalds employees make.
