Pros

-Plenty of work hours/OT -Friendly Co-workers (Some became real life friends) -Job independence (Doing things your way to achieve success) -New ambulances -Lots of stations -Light weight uniforms with breathability -Power gurneys -Overall good pay -Fun events with TACOs!!

Cons

-Not many...just occassional hold overs by dispatch but that's the nature of the business -Some undertrained, or all together bad EMTs (Not many though, and they don't last)

Pros

Easy Job, company offers four 10-12 hour shifts for fulltime. Part time must work at least 2 permanent shifts per week

Cons

Pay could be better. Bonuses are pretty unachievable. Shifts are not flexible, even though they are advertised that way

Pros

Coming to work to save lives but can't get the depleted resources when you've requested them (NC, NRB), which then puts you at a risk of losing your certs if something happens. Making more than the average EMT, but not being trained in any medical scenarios at all. Lol and what is a Medical Director? If you hate having a spine and want to be on disability, apply here, because when you request lift assistance, it usually gets rejected.

Cons

Here's the juicy stuff. This company does not care about patient's. They just want money that comes from Medicaid. They do not care about the employee's either. They have rearview Mirror camera's equipped on the mirror that can stalk you and your partner. It's great in context, but so many people have been fired for no real reason or evidence that has come with the camera.
