Pros

From my first day working here at DocGo I have felt both welcomed and appreciated by my coworkers and managers. I work on the IT team, and get to connect with people across the company in my role. The culture here is friendly, and inclusive - there's a reason company employees have nominated the company as a great place to work - it really is.

Cons

I look forward to coming in to work every day, and my coworkers do as well. Management had done a great job creating this positive vibe.

Pros

The combination of benefits, bonuses, and job security make DocGo an great place to work. They really care about hiring, training and promoting employees that work hard, which creates a strong team dynamic that makes it enjoyable to work here.

Cons

I’m provided with everything I need to perform in this job - training, technology, equipment, a vehicle to travel to patient homes. There is a real need for bringing care to people where they are and this is a great way to do it.
