Other team members are so afraid that they will always save themselves and find someone else to blame. Toxic. Long hours. They’ll expect you to be proactive but the minute you decide or do something on your own, you’ll be pulled on the side and scolded you shouldn’t have done that. Asks you a lot of irrelevant questions and hides it behind “Im being hard on purpose” “this is a teaching moment”. Calls people out on teams chat even if the issue is irrelevant in the group chat. The amount of stress and emotional anxiety is not worth it.
