Schedule flexibility, if you’re into that. Good for extra money.

Cons

Schedule flexibility, if you’re not into that. Growth opportunities, but I wouldn’t consider going from 8.5 hour shifts to 13 hour shifts and MAYBE a pay bump of $2/hour much of a promotion. They will hire you as full time as never show you 40 hours a week. You’re told to go pick up shifts to complete your 40 hour work week. If you’re looking for a job for something long term, I’d look elsewhere.
