Best opportunity I ever received

Pros

I am what they call a "Model" employee and earn more then I ever have in the past. My first pay check was nearly double what I made at my previous company. It has now been couple of months and the program is as advertised.

Cons

For safety reasons they don't allow you to work more then a 12 hour shift.

What a joke

Pros

Other than free coffee, I honestly can't think of any.

Cons

Well Where do I start. Umm first of all the compensation is a joke! Jersey mikes pays more than this fancy looking place. Insurance is the only good thing but who could afford it if you only make minimum wage? All EMTs are overworked and bullied into running calls even when you're already supposed to be off ! They will fire employees without any justification.

Pros

Great vehicles all state of the art. Compensation was competitive at 13/hr. My management staff at the Carson station was always helpful and I enjoyed the pilot program.

Cons

No real downsides unless your not good with constant change in program incentives and scheduling.
