Pros

The ability to affect change. I appreciate that in most cases management listen to great ideas and will allow you the freedom to pitch yourself. If what you are proposing makes sense (and money) they will back your idea and give you a chance

Cons

Cross Department communication. Departments do not speak to one another which causes much avoidable confusion.

Pros

Working at DocGo as an EMT was a life-changing experience. I valued the leadership's openness to ideas and the strong emphasis on employee satisfaction.

Cons

There’s definitely potential to improve the feedback mechanisms from staff.

Pros

Excellent culture, management is always approachable, and we are trying to build and grow our business. My team / department all work together well and have positive working relationships, which makes our culture more positive.

Cons

Benefits are very costly at DocGo. I picked the better plan, but I am paying 300 a month more for my prescriptions a month. Also, make our Work from Home (WFH) policy more relaxed. Should be allowed to WFH 1 to 2 days per week, not 2x's a month.
