Working at DocGo I have the autonomy as a manager to do my job with little micromanagement as long as I perform my duties above and beyond what is clearly expected of me. Expectations are made clear by leaders and DocGo gives me the tools needed to be successful in my role. I started in a non-management position and was promoted to a local manager and then a national manager based on my performance with the company.
