I had no experience when I started and was extremely nervous about being able to get my foot in the door in the medical field. The entire training staff was extremely helpful during my training process. From the group orientation to the FTO field training, the whole process was very transparent and not like the horror stories I have heard and read about other ambulance companies. I haven't been here long but I have been very happy with my choice so far!

For most being an EMT isn’t a forever job. At Ambulnz you see every aspect of health care first hand and get to work with the best people. Super easy to get face time and talk with the boss. Training is paid and training officers are incredible with helping brand new EMTs transition from students to workers. Hiring process was efficient and straightforward. Work days go by quickly.

Cons

Difficult parking on weekdays with street cleaning. Patients come in all shapes, sizes, temperaments, and conditions, but this is a medical position and you know that signing up.
