      Pros

      - Working at DocGo was a great – the best part was the leadership team's interest in my development and success. Standards are high, which created chances for professional growth. The supportive environment helped me develop as an EMT, and gave me confidence and purpose in my work.

      Cons

      My experience as an EMT DocGo has been great – one area where for improvement would be creating better communication channels between different departments.

      Pros

      Met some good coworkers. Learned how to talk to patients since that's all I was allowed to do.

      Cons

      - Management cuts hours to maximize profits. - Management and corporate offer no help at all for any issues whatsoever, usually don't even respond to calls or emails for help. - Management likes telling employees that they are not needed. - No training at all and your reports, no matter how well written they are, will get sent back to you to make sure the wording allows charging patients for as much as possible. - You don't feel like you accomplished anything when leaving work for the day after spending 12 hours asking hospitals for patients. - Racism and prejudice happens a lot here by less than credible people but that seems more like a Colorado thing. - Many lies from people who don't actually work here using positions that don't exist.
