Pros
For me, joining this company is one of the best decisions I've made in years. Not only did it saved me from the hassle of traveling early in the morning, or going home late at night because of heavy traffic, or spending tons of money for cabs or Grabcar, this company enabled me to have more than enough time to spend with my children. I also had more social life now than before. In here, you will truly experience what work-life balance is all about. I'm really grateful that I got to be a part of this promising company and I'm looking forward to be working with these awesome people for many more years to come!
Cons
I just wish the management will increase the per hour pay of the employees because I'm getting less than what I was earning when I was still in an office-based company. It was a big adjustment for me, but still, I'm blessed to have landed this home-based job.
