Pros

DocGo is a great place for anyone looking to grow with a rapidly expanding healthcare company. I joined in a support role and was promoted within a year. Leadership encourages cross-functional collaboration, and no two days are the same.

Cons

Things can get chaotic during scaling phases, but the team always rallies to adapt.

Pros

Working as a paramedic at Ambulnz has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my career so far. The pace is fast, but it’s rewarding — you’re not just doing transports, you’re making real patient connections. Leadership respects medics and encourages our development.

Cons

Some shifts can feel overloaded, but you’re not left without support.

Pros

If you want to make a difference, Ambulnz is the place to do it. I drive non emergency transports but often help patients who really need extra care, and that sense of purpose keeps me going. Great schedule flexibility too, which helps when balancing life outside work.

Cons

Communication between dispatch and crews can occasionally be delayed.
