      Pros

      Excellent culture, management is always approachable, and we are trying to build and grow our business. My team / department all work together well and have positive working relationships, which makes our culture more positive.

      Cons

      Benefits are very costly at DocGo. I picked the better plan, but I am paying 300 a month more for my prescriptions a month. Also, make our Work from Home (WFH) policy more relaxed. Should be allowed to WFH 1 to 2 days per week, not 2x's a month.

      From my experience at DocGo- It seems that over time, everyone develops a passion in and for their role. It gives you a sense of pride knowing everyone around you is really invested in working towards positive outcomes for the company.

      Pros

      I resonate with the overall mission of providing healtchare at any address. I firmly believe that the US healthcare system is fundamentally broken and any attempts (particularly DocGo's) to improve it should be rewarded. In addition to that, I appreciate the scrappy nature of the teams I've worked with here. Everyone is very collaborative and eager to help move the mission forward.

      Cons

      We need to streamline our accounts payable process. There are too many steps, it's too error-prone, and the manual interventions required are wasting valuable time. Beyond that, we should focus on building operational resilience, modernizing legacy systems through cost-effective vendor consolidation, offering market-competitive salaries.
