I resonate with the overall mission of providing healtchare at any address. I firmly believe that the US healthcare system is fundamentally broken and any attempts (particularly DocGo's) to improve it should be rewarded. In addition to that, I appreciate the scrappy nature of the teams I've worked with here. Everyone is very collaborative and eager to help move the mission forward.

Working at DocGo I have the autonomy as a manager to do my job with little micromanagement as long as I perform my duties above and beyond what is clearly expected of me. Expectations are made clear by leaders and DocGo gives me the tools needed to be successful in my role. I started in a non-management position and was promoted to a local manager and then a national manager based on my performance with the company. DocGo rewards high performers with upward movement, compensation, and bonuses. I truly value all that DocGo has done for me to support me in my career growth.
