Pros

I have been with DocuWare since Dec 2021 and I am truly grateful for the experience since. The work life balance has been excellent and management has always been attentive and supportive. I feel valued by my team and appreciate the many ways the company helps make our day to day easier.

Cons

At this time I have no cons to share, I've had a very positive experience so far.

Good Company but Limited Growth in the US

Pros

Good company and they try to make it a positive experience. I really appreciate the hybrid work schedule, the free lunch every Wednesday, the 401K match and our new CEO Uta is very approachable and friendly!

Cons

Heavy workload with not a lot of team support. Also, company is growing which is great but seems to be heading in a more bureaucratic direction with typical corporate practices which is troubling. Company pays less than other companies, but I stay because of the positive work environment. I've also noticed an increase in people being let go recently. Also, in the Americas there are limited career growth opportunities as it seems a lot more roles are being posted in Germany and we can't apply.
