Pros

I feel valued and appreciated. The culture is very collaborative, friendly, and genuine. They encourage you to take your PTO. There are a lot of fun events including team buildings and companywide celebrations. I feel supported and have opportunities to grown and learn as an HR professional. I look forward to coming to work. Also, my team is wonderful. The training was really helpful. The office is beautiful and the location in Beacon, NY is a plus too. I truly love my job and I enjoy working with my colleagues. Also, having a work life balance is a part of the culture. I highly recommend DocuWare!

Cons

None come to mind truly.

Pros

DocuWare has a rare combination of strong values and real follow-through. Leadership genuinely cares about employee well-being, growth, and balance. Cross-functional collaboration is respectful and purpose-driven, and there’s a consistent emphasis on trust, autonomy, and authenticity. The company is forward-thinking, especially in how it integrates AI and process improvements, not just for efficiency, but to empower people to do more meaningful work. Global teams bring diverse perspectives, and the culture feels inclusive and human.

Cons

Change can move slowly at times, especially in areas influenced by traditional business culture, rather than the fast pace seen in software-startups. There is some natural risk aversion that can make innovation more deliberate than spontaneous. Communication across regions and departments has improved a lot, but there’s still room to make internal alignment faster and more frictionless.
