Pros
I’ve been with DS just over 6 months, in that time I’ve been trusted to manage my work, take time for personal matters and recognised for contributions. WLB is a priority, your expected to show up, but it’s ok to log off. Pay is what you’d expect, Benefits are AMAZING. People are excellent.
Cons
Communication: it’s hard to break the silos of the individual teams and the strength of some benefits aren’t really shared Swimlanes: whilst people are helpful, they’ll refer you to someone else to help resolve issues
