Pros

- things are always changing here! - great benefits - supportive management - fast paced, startup feel without the instability - great SF location - always challenging and rewarding work, you know you're making a real difference here - amazing product, saving money, time and the environment

Cons

- lower than average pay - things are always changing (this is also a pro) - still light on creating and establishing processes - career trajectory not very clear for many roles

Thanks for your detailed thoughts. Michael Erisman is working on learning development as well as careers ladders for different units. Please ask your VP if s/he can develop them for your area. They can work with their HR Business Parner like Olga K. or Jessica G-S to get that done.

Pros

We always have opportunities to evolve our skills. Always being motivated . Awesome package, not much clarity (no HR) on how to set it up and which plans offer what.. As long as you meet the objectives set for you, you own and manage your work time. This flexibility brings out the best in those who are driven.

Cons

Screening with HR, call with Director (30 mins each). The recruiter really harped on how much they researched and paid attention to the answers. She seemed interested in what I had to offer and I was passed on to the next round. The next call with a higher up was a bit of a mess - no showed at first, then rescheduled our 2nd time around and was late when…
