      Pros

      The product is really strong and it is the best time to be working in the EMEA market. Fast paced environment, it never gets boring. Best atmosphere and culture of reward and recognition. Feedbacks are always wanted and taken into account.

      Cons

      Some processes that are implemented might not be the best but change is always possible!

      Collaborative culture Growth is extremely fast which will create career avenues Great product Business is very environmentally aware Great leaders in the business who really care and listen Development and supported study opportunities

      Be prepared to work hard. The fact the business is growing so rapidly means you will have to roll up your sleeves and be involved with tasks above or below your level
