      Pros

      company just invested in AI strategy which is allowing docusigners to grow their careers and learn new skillsets

      Cons

      it is such a big company, but they make a point to not make you feel like a number with recognition, spark and great managers. The team you have will make a difference. Still, I believe the overall org is huge and feels like there are too many levels of management.
