      Pros

      actively listen to employee concerns, change happens at a quick rate. Compensated fairly and promotion opportunity is great. they give career advice for us and the team i work with are friends outside the office.

      Cons

      salary is slightly below industry average, but company is young and quickly catching up

      Pros

      The most welcoming company I could have joined for a first job. All around fantastic, and an amazing environment as well. The work is engaging and the people are even better.

      Cons

      The base pay for most people in sales is enough to get by, but with commission you can do very well. Not much of a con because you can move up very quickly.
