Pros

- Good Work Life Balance - Generous Benefits

Cons

- Low Balled on Salary, a new hire on my team with the same role makes 15% more than me and I was not offered any level-setting - Management did not listen to constructive criticism of existing processes -Department Leadership has driven away talented persons -Culture of Claim Credit when times are good but shirking responsibility when times are bad

We have shared this review with Vivian and Howard, and would encourage you to reach out to Smitha who covers Finance for HR. Glad to hear you have confidence in our new CEO. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Pros

Great, intuitive product. Customers definitely see value in the solution

Cons

Salaries were far too low, quotas were far too high forcing many good people to leave the business. This may have changed with the new Enterprise Sales regime change early February, 2017.

Pros

Opportunity to grow Leadership genuinely cares about your success at the company Competitive Compensation Flexible schedule Great people Innovation: creating some great programs to make our company stronger, especially internally. New parental leave program that serves dads too. Good culture, but there are efforts to make it even better. CEO is authentic, not about a bunch of lip service. Great internal intranet for employees Some great groups at the company like LGBT Pride, Women at DocuSign, etc. Place where you can be yourself and feel accepted

Cons

In the past, it has been hard to move up level wise. You will often see the company bring people outside the organization into leadership positions. (To be fair, they are working on some programs internally to move people up, so this starting to change.) It is rare to see Women or People of Color in leadership positions.

Thanks for sharing your two cents. Scratch that nickel. Good to hear you are please with Dan, our new CEO, and some of our programs. (Dads rock!) yes we are working on programs to support career development. The intention is definitely there and we are testing new programs. Regarding Diversity, we have made some great strides in the past couple of years but can always further evolve. Please be sure to join an ERG (Employee Resource Group) like Women@DocuSign, BOLD, DocuMoms, etc. if your are interested in shaping that discussion. It's on both Michael Erisman's and Dan Springer's radar screens. I've been in meetings where they both actively and proactively bring it up. The intention is there.
