sales quotas/KPIs are constantly changing every few weeks. base pay is terrible. we're in sales to make commission, make our number actually ATTAINABLE. they have raised quotas 200% in the past 6 months (which is a number that no one has ever hit), they have made it more challenging to hit quota, and you now need to hit 75% of your number to make ANY commission. absolutely disgusting organization that has no care for its employees well being and all that we have done to grow this company. DO NOT WORK HERE, run if you get an interview! morale is absolutely terrible as well as everyone is extremely frustrated with upper level management and the constant changes. no increase in base pay no matter how long you're here. i've been here for 3 years and still have the same base pay (which is unlivable) without any commission. absolutely no career growth opportunities. promised us promotions within the first year, and still have no opportunities to promote. just a terrible company all around
