Pros

Nice benefits, mostly liberal athmosphere. Mostly good salaries.

Cons

The higher up management took a conservative, stereotypical old old white american male, turn since the big stock decline after Covid. Chaotic changes. Everyone is stressed.

Lack of organization. Silos. Teams really need to work together better to accomplish goals and challenges. Lack of accountability.

Post COVID world didn't need service as much in the public sector vertical - price wise we didn't compete with Adobe
