Pros

Phenomenal leadership, the CEO is real and speaks in plan language, from the heart. The work culture is healthy and inclusive, with a "common goal" mindset across teams. The solution stacks are relevant and development continues to evolve them for future relevance's sake.

Cons

Hard to say - I've only been here 6 months and have yet to experience anything worth mentioning as a negative.

Pros

DocuSign has a great product people use and love. Great brand.

Cons

The culture became toxic over the last 2 years. Infighting, bad leadership, and bro culture of kiss up / kick down. Lack of strategic direction and inability to execute led to multiple layoffs and high attrition.
