      - Management is great - Office/hybrid options are super nice - Pay is sufficient but below industry standards - Great culture between employees

      Cons

      - NO JOB SECURITY - have done 3 layoffs in 2 years, heavily impacts company culture each time and take about a year to come back from and is never as good as it was before - opportunities seem to be diminishing as competitors are growing with cheaper solutions - complex sales cycle for simple product - growth is unpromised due to the continual layoffs
