Pros
DocuSign is an excellent company with a growing set of good products. It's focused on helping companies to modernize and stay up with the current state of technology to eliminate or reduce traditional paper bureaucracy and bottlenecking processes. As a Technical Support Engineer, we were valued in a way not often seen with support at other companies. The company has a good understanding that the Support Teams are integral to the success of the product and it's continued adoption with it's customers.
Cons
Changes in management and/or executives often caused internal disruption and the need to realign teams or processes, which can be costly and frustrating at as times for employees. In recent years these difficult transitions have become less so, except in circumstances resulting in the loss of teams or employees as the company reforms away from Covid-era staffing needs. Support and Custom Success team can be very difficult to grow out of and move into different aspects of the business without considerable outside education, but the company does make educational funds available to employees.
