DocuSign is still a SMB/Commercial company, no real Enterprise DNA, it's just selling more and more the eSign solution... which makes 95% of the company earnings... Board not very clear in regards to the company strategy and vision. Local management has very few power... all sales people have the same target disregarding the potential of their patch... at the end, no more than 30/40% of the sales community can achieve their target, hence a massive turnover...
