      Great management, great culture and team commradory

      Cons

      The cons are out of the reps control. The market is just too saturated now for this kind of product. They're the market leader for sure but still too pricey compared to others. No quota relief

      Pros

      DocuSign is a great place to learn and grow. You have the best work/life balance. They made some really good changes on the management. Honestly my manager is the best I ever have! Salary is okay, we have good benefits. Promotion is easily achievable if you are serious and worker.

      Cons

      Lack of a canteen, so you'll have to pay for your lunch outside... Ridiculous system of promotion where you have to wait for like a year even if they are recruiting and you are a top performer. They prefer to follow this rule and recruit some from outside, possibly less qualify.
