No strategy. Everything is reactive from the top leadership down the the front line managers and all of the many layers in between. Many business units are filled with people who add no value and do not do any real work and that require other business units that rely on it to figure out things for themselves. Marketing is useless and has nothing that helps the business in customer discussions. Account Mgrs/Customer "Success" is only people who are ineffective at best since all the good ones left earlier this year due to bad comp plans and overload. Customer Service is completely unhelpful to customers and requires Sales to have to figure it out when customers need help. No dedicated QA so the product works but also has a lot of quirks that make it difficult to use. Gaslighting townhalls, HR that is about as bad as they come, IT is even worse than HR, and way too many people that seem to come in for the RSUs and bail as soon as enough vest to make it worth it.
So if you're in for a cash grab and can handle all that for 2-4 years maybe take a look, otherwise if you are looking for a serious tech company that has its act together by all means you will NOT find that here!
