Could use better guidance from management

Quotas are unattainable. The average rep hit ~ 60 - ~80% last year, and this year without inflation in SFDC plus economy plus less than stellar CLM tool, most reps are hitting ~ 30% - ~ 40%. I don't know one AE who isn't looking elsewhere at this point. Return to office if you care about that, and increased micromanagement into day to day activities because management refuses to take accountability for the attainment and instead blame it on the AEs.
