A good place to meet new cultures,new ways to work, new thoughts. It's also a good place to work (have good customer + good team mates and managers). Everyone is accessible here, so if you need anyone help, you could get it easily.

Cons

This is a company that is growing yet. So a few process still needs to be set.

The cons points are the same time, opportunities: keep the company at the same page about knowledge, products, speech, model, system is our great challenge
