Pros

DocuSign really invests in your development within the role. As a recent college graduate I found that DocuSign has taken the time to teach me the product, the necessary technology tools, and sales methodologies to allow me to be successful in the role. The culture is terrific at creating work life balance while keeping a positive competitive environment.

Cons

Since DocuSign is still a relatively newer company there are constant adaptations and changes. Most are for the better but some have caused some unfair inequality between coworkers and opportunities. Most of these have been corrected but in the last year my career growth had been delayed due to some of the changes in the past.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. It's wonderful to hear that you feel we invest in people and training and are open to work/life flexibility. Please do reach out to either Michael Erisman or Olga Kibler about remaining unfair practices and holding more meetings before changes. We can do better. Always.

Pros

DocuSign invests heavily in creating a positive and productive work environment. It is evident that they want this to be the best place you've ever worked.

Cons

Extremely competitive although this is to be expected at a successful tech company that recently went public. Pay could be higher especially in comparison to other tech companies in the area.
