Pros

The best company I ever worked, a fantastic work environment and work ethic, the managers are amazing and I don't have anything bad to say about anyone.

Pros

Great work environment/culture, great people, great perks, and still often feels like a small company

Cons

Starting to get bogged down by too much red tape. Any hiring/hr process takes far too long and every department I know of is short staffed.
