Business Outlook
Pros
Management was always helpful when approached. Growth of company came with loads of opportunities. The vast majority of colleagues were great and the company very much shows interest and effort in driving a policy of inclusion and diversity. Job itself was a good challenge and I felt I was supported by my colleagues.
Cons
Pay at other comparable companies may be better, but perks and career opportunities in my eyes balance this out. Growing pains of a startup my have been stressful at times, but overall I feel the opportunity was great.
