      Pros

      Amazing vision, inspirational leadership. DocuSign is creating a new category: agreement clouds. Customers get it and so does Wall Street. It truly feels like we are the next Salesforce, and agreement clouds the next CRM.

      Cons

      DocuSign moves (very) fast and is ruthless about performance. Faces change quickly and often as leaders who don't make the number get pushed out with little warning or ceremony. Reporting lines are also subject to constant change. This can sometimes feel unnerving.
