Pros

Many possibilities to own your work. Some absolutely great people to work with. Fun atmosphere. Lots to do and can be very rewarding. Flexible hours and work schedules.

Cons

Can be very chaotic. Focus and priorities can shift on a dime. Not a lot of possibilities for upward movement career-wise. High turnover. Compensation is relatively low.

Pros

Good company culture; flexible work

Cons

pay is low-mediocre. DT would rather hire from outside than to promote from within.

They don't deserve good people!

Pros

If you're a soda/coffee/tea drinker, there is plenty of it in the break room. They supply cases and cases of soda, and have a coffee machine with pods for those who like coffee, tea too. The hours are good, The place is relatively quiet. We have a good time having Nerf gun wars. Catered lunches...occasionally. Usually the employees will bring something for everyone. They are pretty understanding that we have lives outside of this building.

Cons

They don't pay what the employees are worth. Starting out a person on the low end of the pay scale when they CLEARLY have all of the skills that are asked for, and then some. Don't dare ask about money. They pucker up tighter than a snare drum and act like the world is ending. Management in general is a bunch of over paid quacks. I would say maybe 1/8 of them are definitely qualified for the positions that they hold. Movement is not very common. There are those select few people who may "possess" the skills that are asked for in different areas of the company, but don't hold your breath trying to get an interview, or to be recognized as the right person for the position. It's all about WHO you know, and if you're in the "right" religious affiliation. Oh, let's not forget about the lies! Can't begin to tell you how many lies I heard come out of their mouths. This is a dead end, nowhere job. If you're looking to be promoted, or even recognized for a job well done, don't waste your time. Keep looking because there are a lot better jobs out there. DON'T SETTLE for this place.
