"This place is complete chaos" - VP
"There are worst places to work" - VP
"Hire slow, fire fast" - CEO
-Don't know when to hire and when to stop hiring.
-Knee jerk business decisions resulting in wasted resources and defeated employees.
-None competitive wages. If you do manage to negotiate to be paid well, don't expect to keep working there for very long. They will replace you with another warm body.
- 1% yearly raises if you're lucky. $65 yearly bonus, you betcha!
-Employees are afraid to be seen taking a lunch break.
-Marketing team spends 90% of their time putting on a facade to convince people this is a good place to work. The facts speak for themselves.
-Lousy product they only care about when a client is screaming or negotiating contracts.
-Management will tell you anything to get you hired.
-High turn-over due to all the above. Friday's are the "restructuring" days when they get rid of people so the CEO can live like he runs some Silicon Valley Blue Chip with his luxury cars and private jets.
